BIG vs Entropiq

  • When: June 22, 1:00 p.m. UTC
  • Previous H2H meetings: 4 matches (BIG won 2 times, Entropiq won 2 times)
  • Prediction: Entropiq to win
  • Average odds:34

In the first game of the day, two unstable teams face each other. BIG was eliminated from the BLAST Premier: Spring Finals Group Stage after suffering a fast 2-0 loss from both Natus Vincere and ENCE. Overall, the German organization hasn’t acquired any serious achievement since the start of the 2024 season.

Entropiq underwent a major change in the list at the beginning of the year and got off to a good start for 2024. It managed to advance to the Playoffs at the ESL Pro League S15, leaving MOUZ and G2 Esports out of the tournament. Although we think Entropiq is one step ahead in this series, BIG is likely to surprise.

Astralis vs Movistar Riders

  • When: June 22, 1:00 p.m. UTC
  • Previous H2H meetings: 2 matches (Astralis won 2 times)
  • Prediction: Astralis to win
  • Average odds:29

Astralis starts as a favorite in this first confrontation against the Spanish organization. Movistar Riders will have to be at the highest level if they want to surprise the Danes like blameF or k0nfig. Though Astralis have had many changes in the roster and competed irregularly in the last tournaments, again such players as blameF and k0nfig have a remarkable firepower. With this, Astralis will demonstrate a good play on the competitive scene.

The most recent confrontation between them was at the BLAST Premier: Spring Showdown. In the first match, the Danish organization left MRS without a place for the Spring Finals after winning in Inferno (16-12) and in Ancient (16-8). Therefore, considering that Movistar Riders’ first opponent is the powerful Astralis, it will not be a good start for the Spaniards.

FaZe vs OG

  • When: June 22, 5:00 p.m. UTC
  • Previous H2H meetings: 9 matches (FaZe won 7 times, OG won 2 times)
  • Prediction: FaZe Clan to win
  • Average odds:26

FaZe, the current Major champion, takes the stage in the opening match of Roobet Cup. The American organization, which has shown great consecutive performances in the last period, did not lose any of its power even though it did not win the championship at IEM Dallas. This week they have shown a good performance at BLAST Premier: Spring Finals, securing a place in the Playoffs. They have created a great harmony with their new restructuring and it does not seem that they will lose it easily.

FaZe Clan’s opponent in the first match of the Group Stage is OG. Though the European organization will play without a star player Mateusz “mantuu” Wilczewski due to medical leave, they are in great shape, winning 7 of the last 10 matches. Moreover, OG started very strong at the Spring Finals, defeating Natus Vincere 2-1 and ENCE 2-0 in the Group Stage. But we think that this level of form will not be enough for them to defeat the American giant.

C9 vs Complexity Gaming

  • When: June 22, 5:00 p.m. UTC
  • Previous H2H meetings: no matches yet
  • Prediction: C9 to win
  • Average odds:06

Complexity has started the 2024 season with the signings of three new players to their roster, including Extra Salt (coach), plus Grim (ex Team Liquid player) and junior (AWPer from FURIA). However, the team still needs to work together since it hasn’t shown any achievements in the CS:GO scene during the first half of 2024. Complexity Gaming failed the Challengers Stage at the PGL Major Antwerp, as it did at IEM Dallas 2024.

On the other hand, C9, the current champion of IEM Dallas, has a new Russian roster that plays under the name of the American organization. After beating teams such as NIP, FaZe, BIG, and ENCE in the IEM tournament, C9 will have no problem with Complexity Gaming. They are one of the great favorites in this series.
