Polls

This month we look at your views on alcohol and pubs.

In November last year we asked you whether or not alcoholic drinks should be more expensive. About a third of you (32%) actually thought they should be cheaper and just 12% said they're dangerously cheap. But if 38% are to be believed, Yates would be the pub chain to avoid when choosing a drinking establishment.

In February this year, 21% said that allowing 16 year-olds to drink alcohol in pubs will reduce antisocial behaviour. On the other hand, 48% said pubs would be unbearable. 35% said there needs to be a crack down on selling alcohol to under 18s in stores and 40% said stores are inconsistent with checking a customer's age.
