Entrants must supply all details as required and comply with all the rules to be eligible for the prizes. No responsibility is accepted for ineligible entries or entries made fraudulently. Only one entry per person. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Email addresses provided for pize draws will only be used to contact prize winners.

Our Ask A Question service

Our content partners will provide factual, unbiased information in response to your specific questions. However, please bear in mind that unlike professional experts who operate offline, our content partners will not have had the opportunity to meet you or conduct the sort of thorough and detailed assessment of your specific circumstances that is necessary to provide you with advice that may be relied upon.

Indeed, they will not even know who you are, only a few facts about your age, gender and general whereabouts. Therefore, whilst we hope that you will find their answers very helpful, they are not intended to be ‘the’ answer or even the only answer. Often the ‘right’ answer will vary from person to person, depending on facts outside of our and our content partners’ knowledge and contemplation. Ask A Question is a free information service and is not intended to replace or substitute for the services of professional experts but rather to provide signposting to further information and support.

Limitation of liability

Except for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, YouthNet, its officers, employees, contractors or content providers shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from or otherwise in connection with your use of the TheSite.org or any information, services or content on TheSite.org.
