What does it mean when a bloke says he's got 'blue balls'? I was getting off with this bloke and he gave this as a reason not to go any further.

The expression 'blue balls' is usually used to describe the soreness or pain guys can feel in their testicles when they've had an erection for a long time without ejaculating. This pain usually disappears as sexual excitement dies down, and is not harmful.
