Help out the Science Council and win an ipod

The Science Council are developing a brand new website for young people. The website will be a place where young people go to find out about the interesting opportunities that studying science can offer. So, the first thing they need to do is choose a name for the new site. They've developed 6 alternative names and they need your help to choose a winner. 10 lucky voters will win an Ipod.

It's a nice survey, and there's a good chance to win, so we thought we'd let you know about it.

You can vote at www.sciencevote.co.uk.

Drug mugs

What do you think about drugs? Like our ranter, Hannah, I've not really dabbled with them, especially seeing as I'm allergic to stupid things like asprin, ibuprofin and anti-inflammatories, God knows what would happen if I popped a pill!

Hannah's been telling us why she really can't understand why people want to risk their life by taking drugs.

Fifteen minutes of fame

Have you had your moment in the spotlight yet? We wanted to find out what sort of things you've been up to that you're proud, or perhaps embarrassed, to admit to.

As for me, well I was one of those cheesy smiling girls in a Barbie advert at the age of 8. All thanks to my Dad who worked in the tv/film industry and dragged me in the studio for random ads whenever the child actors were playing up!

Down with debt

When I finished university at the end of 2003, lots of my friends were consolidating their overdrafts with their credit card debts. I was quite impressed with them - it seemed like such a grown-up thing to do. It really sounded like a good idea. But, something held me back from doing it myself. In our recent live chat with Elinor Quinn, a debt advisor from the Counsumer Credit Counselling Service, she said that it wasn't necessarily such a good idea. I guess it depends on the amount you owe, and whether or not you mind paying more in the long term.

Elinor also chatted about those dreaded bank charges, mortgages and stopping yourself from blowing your pay packet in one go. Here's the full transcript.

And for those interested - guns, bitches and bling may not have been part of the original four elements but rapping, DJing, tagging and breakdancing were.

Sisterly love

Holly can't get over the fact that her little sister is all grown up and on the dating scene. For all of you out there with younger siblings, I'm sure you can relate to it (well maybe not the bit where she warns the new boyfriend away!)

Sisterly love

Have a great Easter all
