I'm going on holiday to Italy with my school - what's the legal age there for drinking alcohol?

The minimum age for both the purchase and consumption of alcohol in Italy is 16. However, you'll also need to take into account any rules imposed by your school during the trip because they will have legal responsibility for your wellbeing. If you don't know what the rules about alcohol consumption are, check with a teacher before you go.
