A stop to it

Question

I've just started taking drugs and I'm worried I can't stop. What should I do?

Answer

If you're worried you can't stop taking drugs you might want to consider getting some support from a local young people's drugs and alcohol service. They will be able to provide you with free, confidential, professional advice and support and they won't judge you or make you do anything you don't want to do.

If you don't think you're ready to talk to someone face to face you can ring your local service and they can provide support to you over the phone until you are ready to make the next move. Or you could call Frank on 0800 77 66 00, they will be able to offer information and advice about the drugs you're using so you can find out more about their effects and risks.
