What's been your most memorable experience as a moderator?

Probably the first time I ever posted - I spent about 15 minutes previewing and spell checking the post.

Do you ever have any difficulty balancing TheSite.org's editorial line with your own personal beliefs, how do you deal with this?

I haven't so far.

What do you do other than moderating?

In the day time I'm a corporate fundraiser, in the night time I go running, drinking and try to get to as many gigs as I can.

If you had to be locked in a lift with another person who would it be and why?

That's a difficult one - I think someone like Ernest Shackleton would be pretty interesting to meet. I'd love to know more about how he dealt with travelling into the complete unknown.

If you could change peoples opinions on one subject, what would it be and why?

"I've learnt new things and had my own opinions challenged at various points."

I'd like more people to be able to challenge their religious beliefs - in particular the concept of "blind faith".

Do you learn from the posters' experiences?

Absolutely - I've learnt new things and had my own opinions challenged at various points.

If you could set up one new forum what would it be?

A music forum - I know we've got Entertainment but that's a bit broad for me.

What's your favourite thread?

I don't particularly have a favourite but I have found ones like the thread in Politics & Debate on religion really interesting recently.

Please fill in the blanks -

If I were an animal I would be a dog because you pretty much get to lie around and do whatever you like all day.
