Twists and turns

James is 17 and lives in Dundee, Scotland. He has a baby daughter, Skye, who lives with her mum.

James' life has taken a few twists and turns of late.

Me again, things have changed quite a bit since my last entry - almost everything is looking up. I've seen my little princess every second day, she just keeps on getting bigger and bigger. Apparently she looks like me (I suppose so, 'cause I'm cute as hell).

I got to take Skye for a whole day, just after I made my last entry. Not because of constant nagging (although it did take some) or because she thought I deserved it, but because her mum was in hospital. She was kept in overnight after she had a weird turn one night, (lucky I was there), and after I got her to the hospital she asked me to take Skye for the day while she was in. I couldn't quite believe it - I only got her from 11am till 3pm, but hey, it was fun. We had a great day I took her to my friend's house and she was fussed over by everyone, she's such a wee poser. Haven't had much luck trying to get her again, though.

Another thing is that I now have a girlfriend (the girl I mentioned in the last entry). She's sweet as sugar, and things are getting pretty serious. I've told her all about Skye and she's fine with it all.

I've put my name on the list for a council house, so will just have to wait, but I'll make an effort to keep in touch with my family. I have had some very good luck in the last few days on the job front, and it looks like I'll be employed next time I write to you all. I'm not looking for anything in particular any job would do right now. I have had a few interviews, so I'll keep you posted.

Anyway I have to go catch some sleep, I see my little girl at 10am tomorrow so goodnight and sweet dreams to everyone, but save the sweetest for my wee darling.
