Citizens Advice Bureau
Registered charity, Citizens Advice Bureau (CAB), helps people resolve their money, legal and other problems by providing free information and advice from over 3,200 locations to resolve over 5.5 million problems every year.
In 2008 Citizens Advice Bureau (CAB) and YouthNet received a donation of £300,000 from The HBOS Foundation to deliver a three-year ground-breaking programme for young people, 'Advice Changing Young Lives', which aims to give young people across the UK information, advice and guidance on a whole wealth of money issues. The programme will give an estimated 500,000 young people the information they need to make informed choices relating to money.
