It's a great opportunity to learn more about how websites are developed over time and to make sure that the site meets the needs of the people who will use it.You will be invited to take part in an exclusive online community to discuss and debate ideas that will directly shape the content and functionality of the website. Work is already underway and we need your support through testing, creating content and providing ongoing feedback on its' progress. This is a virtual volunteering role but there will be opportunities to take part in offline meetings and groups as the project progresses.

Website Designer
Future for Africa
Do you have web design skills, and some spare time to help a small charity to develop its presence on the internet? Future for Africa is a small charity that funds projects in rural Cameroon. Our website is increasingly important for raising awareness with potential donors, and also with projects in Cameroon which may need our help. Our current website (www.futureforafrica.org.uk <http://www.futureforafrica.org.uk>) is a few years old, and is in need of a makeover! We would like someone with web design skills to re-design our website, working closely with our board of trustees. We are looking for someone who would be able to do this volunteer role from home, as we do not have an office; all our money is spent on funding projects in Cameroon. We initially need someone on a short-term basis to design the new website, but there would be scope to stay involved or to take on new challenges within our organisation, for anyone who is interested.
