Does my bum look good in this?

Question

I'm always having my bum pinched by girls in nightclubs. I'm worried this is because it's too big rather than because it they think it looks good. Is there anyway to tell?

Answer

Different people are attracted to different sizes. If anything, you probably get your bum pinched all of the time because it is toned, not because it is particularly large or small.

It's perfectly normal to be concerned about your body size and body image. In fact, men are increasingly more aware of how they look. If you're seriously concerned about the way you look and feel that it is having an effect on your self-esteem then there are lots of things that you can do to encourage yourself to feel more positive about your body.

If people are attracted to your bum then the chances are that you want to make the most of what you've got. But if you do feel a change in the size of your bum is necessary then it may just be a case of changing what you wear to give you a more slender appearance, alternatively some forms of exercise can help you tone up your bum.

If you feel you would like to change your shape on a more permanent basis then you may want to consider cosmetic surgery, but this can be expensive and it is quite often an uncomfortable procedure.
