The Choose Action Alliance

Promoting new ways for young people to volunteer and become socially engaged with the world.

The Virtual Volunteers project is run by an alliance of four UK-based youth volunteer organisations, collectively known as the Choose Action Alliance. These are: Changemakers, Worldwide Volunteering, Youth Action Network and YouthNet (the charity behind TheSite.org). The Student Volunteering Team at Volunteering England is also involved in this project, which is funded by v - the youth volunteering charity.

Choose Action harnesses the synergy of these five dynamic youth organisations to develop the infrastructure of the youth sector and young people-involving organisations, and to influence policy makers so that young people are at the heart of all they do.
